1. Service Overview

Onsite Repair Service provides logistics support for mobile and laptop repairs. We offer free pickup and delivery for devices under official brand warranty and paid onsite repair services for out-of-warranty devices.

2. Warranty Facilitation (Free Service)

We act as an independent facilitator. We do not provide the warranty ourselves; we deliver your device to the Official Authorized Service Center of the respective brand.
  • The final decision on warranty claims (Approve/Reject) rests solely with the Brand's Authorized Service Center.
  • Repair timelines for warranty claims depend on the Brand's service center policies.
  • Customers must provide a valid original invoice for warranty claims.

3. Out-of-Warranty Repairs

  • For paid repairs, a diagnostic fee may apply if the customer decides not to proceed after the technician's visit.
  • We provide a limited-period service warranty on specific repairs handled by our independent technicians. This does not cover physical or liquid damage after the service.

4. Device Data & Backup

Crucial: It is the customer's responsibility to back up all data before handing over the device. Onsite Repair Service is NOT responsible for any data loss during the repair or logistics process.

5. Logistics & Handling

  • Our representatives will carry a valid ID. Please verify before handing over the device.
  • We ensure safe transportation; however, we are not liable for pre-existing internal damages or issues not mentioned during the pickup.

6. Limitation of Liability

Onsite Repair Service is an independent entity. We are not liable for any delays caused by the Brand's Authorized Service Centers or unavailability of spare parts in the market.
